Friends of Operation Us' donors are people who believe in the importance of healthy relationships and safe homes for children in our communities. By supporting relationship education, we helped safeguard the lives of children by giving their parents the relationship tools they need to create happy and secure homes.

Through our involvement in the Operation Us project, over 10,000 individuals have participated in relationship education workshops in the Ozarks. No other organization in Southwest, Missouri is delivering this vital work.

Volunteer

Each year, our dedicated volunteers - ranging in age from 8 to 93 - unselfishly offer their time and talents. In return, volunteers are given the opportunity to learn and have fun sharing their enthusiasm for our community. We are always pleased to welcome new volunteers to our program.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you would like to assist with community events or basic administrative projects, we would love to hear from you. Volunteer opportunities arise on a project-by-project basis, and time commitments are often flexible.

Internships

Friends of Operation Us, along with Operation Us, offers internship opportunities for persons interested in learning technical or administrative skills in the areas of relationship education and non-profit administration. We have hosted internships for students at Missouri State and Drury University.

We receive many inquiries about possible internships, but are only able to accommodate a limited number of interns.
